Why professional training is essential for Conway dog owners
Behavior modification
Address jumping, pulling, barking, anxiety, and reactivity at the root, not just the symptom.
Safety & control
A dog that listens the first time is a safer dog around traffic, livestock, wildlife, and people.
Stronger bond
Clear communication builds trust, so your dog looks to you for direction instead of guessing.
Skills that transfer
We hand the training over to you at pickup, so the obedience keeps working at home.
Family harmony
A calm, well-mannered dog means a calmer home for kids, guests, and other pets alike.
Our dog training programs for Conway dogs
Board and train with a trainer in their own home, private lessons, and programs built for puppies and reactive dogs. Here is how they break down.
Obedience lessons
Private, one-on-one lessons with a professional trainer. You handle your own dog the whole way, so the training goes home with you.
- Come, sit, place, heel, down, break and off
- Loose-leash walking and manners
- In-home lessons that come to you
Board & train
Your dog stays with one of our trainers in their home, not a kennel, with daily picture and video updates, then a hand-over session with you.
- One-week and two-week sleep-over programs
- Off-leash work in the two-week program
- A two-hour hand-over session at the end
Puppies and problem behavior
A head start for young puppies, and focused help for the problems a general obedience program does not solve on its own.
- Happy Puppy programs from 8 weeks
- Reactivity and aggression lessons
- Therapy dog preparation

Built for how Conway dogs actually live
Conway moves at a different pace from the beach, but its dogs still see plenty: walks along the Riverwalk, the sidewalks of the historic downtown, and neighborhoods full of other dogs behind fences.
A dog that barks at every visitor, drags you down the street, or ignores you the moment something interesting happens is not a bad dog. It is a dog that has not been taught what you want yet. Our lessons teach it, and teach you how to keep it.
If you would rather train where your dog already spends its days, ask about our in-home lessons: the same five lessons as our basic obedience package, with the trainer coming to you.
Where your dog will shine
- The Conway Riverwalk
- Historic downtown Conway
- The banks of the Waccamaw River
- Neighborhood walks around Coastal Carolina University
- Your own street and backyard

Her background as a teacher is the reason our lessons are as much about coaching you as training your dog. Read more about her and the team on our about page.
